For retained clients
Once you've hired us, you'll upload everything through our secure client portal. Your files go straight into your case file, and only our office can see them.
After you sign your fee agreement, we'll send an invitation to the email address you gave us. It comes from Clio, the secure system we use for client files. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Click the link in the email, or use the button on this page and enter that same email address. You'll get a one-time sign-in link. You can also use the free Clio for Clients app on iPhone or Android. The portal is available in English and Spanish.
Open Documents, choose a folder, and upload — up to 20 files at a time. Photos taken with your phone are fine if they're clear and readable. You can also send Mr. Shapiro a message in the portal.
You'll also view and pay your monthly bills in the portal.
